Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Noris Automation P837-03-METEP-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novakon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Novotechnik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the ESAY3040B25211 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P10FN manufactured by Novakon and we are pleased to be able to service most Novakon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LW09360 by Manufacturer Novotechnik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Norriseal Brand 8STCS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as NSJ5SQ11BM3D equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6828Z made by Ntn as well as the popular ESAJ214TFI2 original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Mcd1001 by Novatec and NSJ5SQ11BM3D spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0215227001C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nova.
